Refund Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We would rather fix the work than lose you, so tell us what is wrong first — but the refund is yours either way, no explanation required.

How to request a refund

• •Email us at support@simplybetter.ai with your order email address, and we will arrange it.
• •Or request it directly from our payment provider at paddle.net using the email address you paid with.
• •Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Their policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

Free previews

Generating a redesign preview is free and requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund for previews.
