Terms & Conditions
These terms form an agreement between you and Ryan Tinsley ("SimplyBetter.ai", "we", "us"), the provider of the website redesign and rebuild service available at simplybetter.ai.
Last updated 3 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Ryan Tinsley, trading as SimplyBetter.ai. You are contracting directly with us for the redesign and delivery of your website. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@simplybetter.ai.
2. Acceptance
By using the free preview tool, submitting a website address, or purchasing a build, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By purchasing on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you are purchasing as an individual you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
3. What we provide
SimplyBetter.ai analyses a website you specify, generates a redesigned preview, and — where you purchase a build — produces a new website based on that preview. The number of pages, revision rounds and delivery timeline are set by the plan you buy and shown at checkout.
4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- •Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- •Submit websites you do not own or do not have permission to have redesigned.
- •Use the service for fraud, spam, or the distribution of malicious content.
- •Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
- •Interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning, or automated scraping.
- •Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- •Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your access links and account credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under them.
5. Content, inputs and AI-generated output
Our service uses automated and AI-assisted tools to read your existing website and produce new wording, layouts and imagery. You confirm you have the rights to the content on the website you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host, copy and process that content solely to provide the service.
AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all copy, claims, prices and contact details before your site goes live, and for ensuring the finished site complies with any laws or professional rules that apply to your industry. Output is not legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
We may refuse, filter, remove or restrict content, and may suspend accounts, if content is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise in breach of these terms. If you believe content produced or hosted by us infringes your rights, contact support@simplybetter.ai and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringement will result in termination.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service itself, including our software, templates, tooling, documentation and branding. On full payment, you own the finished website deliverables produced for you, excluding any third-party assets, stock imagery, fonts or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. You keep ownership of the content you supply.
7. Service level
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Payment, billing and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and are one-off fees per build unless stated otherwise. Payment, billing, currency, tax and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. For full details see the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is 30 days — see our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. On termination we will give you a reasonable window to export or receive delivered work, after which we may delete it.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from the content you supply, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
11. General
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts.
